STEPS

• Park level, remove loose debris from the visible sunroof channel and identify the drains using the exact-year service information.
• Introduce a small controlled amount of water to one drain at a time while another person watches the expected outlet and cabin.
• If flow is restricted, use only the manufacturer-approved cleaning method with a soft suitable tool and stop at resistance.
• Repeat the small water test and dry any affected interior material completely.

• High-pressure air, hard wire or excessive force can detach or puncture a drain hose. A clear opening does not prove the full hose is connected. Persistent leakage may be a disconnected hose or seal issue.
