Add PayPal as a separate payment route while keeping order amounts and fulfillment rules under server control.

STEPS
- Create merchant and buyer sandbox accounts and use the current official Checkout integration for the chosen stack.
- Create orders on the server using catalog prices and currency. Store the secret securely; expose only the intended client-side identifier.
- After approval, capture on the server and verify the capture status, amount and currency before fulfillment.
- Test approval, cancellation, failed capture and repeat requests. Save provider transaction IDs against the internal order.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Client approval alone does not prove money was captured. Do not mix sandbox and live credentials. Handle duplicate captures and webhook notifications without shipping twice.
