Automated Drawing Layout Engine

The layout engine treats a drawing sheet as a constrained design problem. It chooses a view arrangement, accounts for title-block space, fits geometry to the open area, and makes a final pass without erasing earlier placement decisions. The remaining work is broader geometry coverage and more visual regression examples.
