IMPORTANT GUIDANCE

1. *Pi Camera → object → motorized turntable
2. *Take picture → rotate 5° → stop → wait ~1 second → take picture → repeat 72 times.
3. *72 × 3 = 216 photographs.
4. Stepper motors — excellent for rotating the scan turntable or moving a camera vertically.
5. Gears and timing belts — useful for making a smooth, geared-down turntable or camera slide.
6. Steel rods/shafts and bushings — great for building a rigid camera-height rail.
7. Bearings and rollers — potentially useful under the rotating platform.
8. Optical interrupter sensors / limit switches — very useful for automatically finding a “home” position when the scanner starts.
