The general workflow uses Save Bodies when a weldment or multibody master needs derived part files or an assembly. Rebuild the master, update the cut list, confirm separate solid bodies, name the outputs, and create the assembly from the same workflow when needed.

WORKFLOW
- Rebuild the master model and update the cut list.
- Remove unwanted construction bodies and name intended outputs.
- Use Insert > Features > Save Bodies.
- Verify references, positions, transferred properties, drawings, filenames, and BOM behavior.
- Keep a rigid weldment in common coordinates; use real mates only when components need to move.

LIMITS
The exact property and BOM behavior still needs testing on a representative model. Work from copies in a controlled project folder before changing references.
