SEQUENCE
1. Use a short domain as the stable public entry point.
2. Keep the QR destination redirectable so a printed code does not need to change.
3. Build the Engineering Unwarranted record surface around structured content.
4. Keep payment experiments separate from live payment behavior.
5. Protect keys with runtime environment variables and never store card numbers here.
6. Test the public custom domain after DNS changes.
7. Keep a versioned archive so old experiments remain inspectable.
